Aquatic Exercise Classes

Little Loggers group is for ages one through three and will introduce typical early swim skills along with fun games the family can enjoy outside of group. Parents will be required to get in the pool with their child. Safety in the water as well as entry and exit in community pools will be provided.

Motor Mammals group is for older children (ages 4-8) that have difficulty following one and two step directions. They can still benefit from social interactions with extra assistance in the water.

Splashing with Sensory group will use water as a therapeutic medium to give input and practice for sensory motor movement as well as swim skills.

Swimming and ambulation are not a prerequisite for our aquatic exercise program.

Written physician’s approval must be received before the first class. You will not be allowed into the pool without it.

Contact us about starting other specific groups. We are always open suggestions.

Sessions are held at various times. The class is run by a Physical and Occupational Therapist. Group size is limited to ensure individual attention.
