Birth to Three Program
Eligibility Criteria
Children are eligible for services when they have a diagnosis that carries a high probability of later delays, a delay of 25% in one or more of the following areas: cognition, physical/motor, communication, social/emotional, adaptive behavior/self help , or when they are developing atypically. Children referred to the Birth to Three Program are evaluated by a team of specialists within 45 days of referral to determine eligibility and develop individual family outcomes.
